Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 zucchini, thinly sliced
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (8 oz.) container Egg Beaters plus 1 egg or 6 extra large eggs
    1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
    1/3 c. light cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 c. soft bread, diced
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese, diced
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
    1/3 c. diced onion
Preparation
    Heat oil and cook vegetables until crisp and tender.
    Beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper and thyme.
    Stir in vegetables, bread, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
    Spray with Pam or butter a quiche pan or 8 x 8-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake, uncovered, for 35 to 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
    Makes 6 generous servings.
