Taco Spread Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) Ortega mild or medium taco sauce
2 c. Monterey Jack Colby cheese
cut up peppers
diced tomatoes
Preparation

Cream the cream cheese and sour cream together in a 10-inch pie plate and spread in plate.
Spread taco sauce on top of cheese mixture, then cheese and finally top with tomatoes and peppers. Chill and serve with tacos.
