Chicken Spaghetti Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 can green peas
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large fryer or equivalent
1 small box spaghetti
12 to 16 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Boil chicken with onion and celery stalks.
Remove chicken and debone.
Boil spaghetti in chicken broth.
Mix chicken pieces, spaghetti, onion, celery, canned vegetables, bell pepper and soup. Season to taste.
If you like, add 4 ounces grated cheese.
Mix and place in casserole. Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, approximately 1 hour.
Freezes well.
Serves 8 to 10.
