Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 or 2 bell peppers
    1 or 2 large onions
    soy sauce
    smoked sausage
Preparation
    Cook rice; drain and rinse.
    Saute peppers and onions until tender.
    Add sausage and cook until brown.
    Mix ingredients together.
    Add soy sauce to taste.
    Salt and pepper.
