Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    3 oz. can mushrooms
    3/4 lb. medium wide noodles
    1/3 c. minced onion
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    6 c. chicken broth
    1/3 lb. grated cheese
    1/4 c. minced pimento
    2 c. cooked peas, frozen
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    almond chips
Preparation
    Add mushroom juice to broth and cook noodles in this.
    Do not drain noodles.
    In 2 tablespoons of chicken fat or butter, saute green pepper, onion and mushrooms.
    Add this to chicken.
    To cooked noodles, add soup and next 6 ingredients.
    In greased 3-quart casserole, place 1 layer of noodle mixture, then one of chicken mixture.
    Alternate with noodles on top.
    Sprinkle with almond chips.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Do not cover.
