Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. Crisco oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. raw apples, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Beat eggs and add sugar.
Mix well.
Add other ingredients. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
