Hot Crab Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small loaves French bread
    2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans crabmeat
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
    2 Tbsp. minced water chestnuts
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    sesame seed
    pistachio nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Slice loaves of bread in half lengthwise and set aside. Combine next 7 ingredients and spread on bread halves.
    Top with slices of Swiss cheese and sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Place under broiler until cheese melts.
    May garnish with nuts before serving. Yields 6 sandwiches.
