Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1 pkg. caramels
    1/2 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 stick butter
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix cake mix.
    Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Melt butter and caramels; mix well.
    Stir in Eagle Brand milk.
    Sprinkle nut meats and chocolate chips onto baked cake.
    Pour caramel mixture over all.
    Add remaining mixture over the caramel mixture; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Serves 8.
