Spanish Style String Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small bell pepper, diced
    1 small round onion, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced thin
    3/4 c. carrots, sliced 1/8 x 2-inch
    3/4 pkg. French-cut beans, frozen (16 oz.)
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. oregano flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Campbell's tomato soup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Saute
    beef
    and garlic in 2 tablespoons oil on medium-high heat.
    Add bell pepper, onion, celery, carrots and beans; stir-fry for
    2
    minutes.
    Add
    tomato soup, tomato sauce and oregano flakes.
    Add
    water
    is
    sauce
    is too thick.
    Simmer until carrots and beans are tender.
    Serves 4 to 5.
