Pork Loin With Muddy Water Marinade - cooking recipe

3/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika

Preparation

Mix marinade in a glass dish.
Add pork, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning 3 to 4 times.
To grill: Use drip pan with 1 inch water.
Gas:
Medium/Low; place on grill over drip pan.
Cover, grill 30 minutes until it begins to brown. Turn and grill until 160 degrees.
Turn every 20 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
