Beulah'S Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 whole eggs
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and eggs.
    Toss together flour and corn meal. Add to sugar and eggs.
    Gradually add milk, melted butter, lemon juice, and rind.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    (Corn meal rises to form delicious crust over pie.)
