Edith'S Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box Jell-O
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 large carrot, grated
    couple stalks celery, chopped very fine
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups of hot water, then add 2 cups of cold water.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Pour into Jell-O mold, can or pan, etc.
    Refrigerate until set.
