Lemon Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 egg yolks
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together and fold in 2 beaten egg whites with a pinch of salt.
Pour into ovenproof pan, set in shallow pan of water.
Cook 30 minutes in slow (325\u00b0) oven.
