Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

8 c. cooked chicken or turkey
cream of mushroom soup
3 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts
3 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 1/2 pkg. frozen California Blend of cauliflower, carrots and broccoli
3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. slivered almonds or croutons
Preparation

Cut up chicken. Combine chicken, soup, water chestnuts, mushrooms, frozen vegetables, cheese and onions. Pour into a roasting pan and bake, covered, at 360\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and stir. Sprinkle with almonds or croutons and bake 15 to 30 minutes more.
