Fontenot Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. catfish
    1 kitchen tsp. red pepper
    salt to taste
    4 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 small can tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3 chopped cloves garlic
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Place catfish in large pot.
    Add red pepper, salt, flour, tomato sauce, shortening, cloves of garlic and water.
    Cook 30 minutes.
    Do not stir more than necessary.
