Twice Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1/2 stick butter (4 Tbsp.)
    6 or 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. each milk and sour cream
    2 eggs
    1 c. scallions, diced
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly coat a shallow 3-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
