Chinese Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) frozen peas
    2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. mushroom soup
    1 onion
    1 c. potato chips, crushed
    3 Tbsp. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook beef until brown and crumbly.
    Turn into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Arrange peas on top; cover with celery.
    Mix together soup, milk, salt, pepper and onions.
    Pour over casserole mixture. Sprinkle chips on top.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
