Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean pork, cubed
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
    7 oz Ortega chilies, diced
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Flour meat and brown in fat.
    Add onion and garlic and cook. Add rest of ingredients and simmer 1 to 2 hours.
    Great in burritos, over rice, etc.
    Very mild.
