Endless Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shredded cabbage
    1/2 green pepper, shredded
    1/2 red bell pepper, shredded
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Bring last seven ingredients to a boil.
    Pour over cabbage, onion and peppers.
    Let stand at room temperature for 30 or 60 minutes.
    Cover and refrigerate.
