New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. sour cream
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 c. melted butter
juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation

Put cottage cheese in blender until creamy. Blend in remaining ingredients.
Grease and flour a spring-form pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for 2 more hours.
Top with cherries or blueberries! Enjoy!
