Pork Chops And Peach Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (1 1/2-inch thick) pork chops (boneless)
    2 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. water
    2/3 c. peach preserves
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 large peaches, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle with lemon pepper.
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add chops; brown on each side until done.
    Transfer to a platter and keep warm.
    Add water to skillet, scraping to loosen browned particles.
    Add preserves and onion soup mix. Bring to boil, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Add peaches; cook 1 minute.
    Spoon over pork chops.
