Famous Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped broccoli
    5 c. water
    5 bouillon cubes or 1 tsp. chicken
    10 oz. lite Velveeta
    2 c. cubed, peeled potatoes
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Spray Dutch oven with Pam.
    Add all veggies except potatoes and stir-fry until tender.
    Add water, bouillon and potatoes. Cook until potatoes are crisp-tender.
    Add cubed cheese; stir until melted.
    Then mix skim milk and flour together and add to soup; stir until thick and creamy.
