Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 squash
    1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. onion
    1 rib celery
    1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
    3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage, onion and celery.
    Boil squash and scoop out pulp.
    Add to 1/2 cup stuffing mix and Parmesan cheese.
    Stuff shells.
    In greased casserole, put the tomato sauce and then add squash and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes; after 25 minutes, add grated cheese on top of each squash.
