Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 to 5 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    1 1/2 to 2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. salad cube pickle
Preparation
    Make cornbread according to directions.
    Crumble 1/2 in bottom of baking pan or dish.
    Layer vegetables and bacon in order given, saving enough bacon for top.
    Combine mayonnaise, sugar and salad pickle.
    Spread over vegetables and bacon layer.
    Add remaining cornbread on top.
    Chill until served.
