Chocolate Truffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sweet butter
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Cream the butter in a large bowl.
    Combine confectioners sugar and cocoa; add alternately with vanilla and heavy cream to butter. Blend well.
    Chill until firm.
    Shape into 1-inch balls.
    Roll in additional confectioners sugar, cocoa or toasted chopped nuts of your choice.
    Makes about 3 dozen candies.
