Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pie crusts (1 pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated ready-made crusts in biscuit section)
cooked, cubed chicken (1 lb. boned, skinned chicken breast or your choice)
14 oz. mixed vegetables (canned or frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup (no added water or milk)
salt, pepper and a little basil to taste
fresh chopped onion and chopped celery (zap in microwave until soft)*

*May substitute dried onion flakes, dried celery flakes and perhaps a little extra milk.
