Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. venison roast
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 can beef broth
    2 cans mushroom gravy
Preparation
    Cook roast in water to cover with garlic & onions for 5 - 6 hrs. at 275\u00b0.
    Drain water off and add beef broth and the mushroom gravy.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
