Tortilla Cheese Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 to 16 oz.) bag tortilla chips
1 (26 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
4 to 5 green onions, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 can black olives pitted, sliced
8 oz. Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp. cilantro
1/8 tsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. mild green chilies
Preparation

In a bowl, mix soup, water, cilantro, cumin and chilies together.
Line a baking pan with 1 layer of tortilla chips. Sprinkle onions, green peppers and olives over chips.
Then add cheeses next.
Pour 1/4 of the soup mixture over the chips.
Keep repeating steps until all ingredients are gone.
Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove cover for last 15 minutes of baking to let it crisp.
