Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. mashed banana
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 pt. pkg. frozen strawberries
    1 c. sour cream (I add about 3 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese)
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add mashed banana, partially thawed frozen strawberries and crushed pineapple.
    Pour half of the mixture and let set.
    Spread on sour cream and cheese which have been blended.
    Pour on remainder of jello and fruit.
