Cousin Ann'S Black-Eyed Pea Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    2 cans Shoepeg corn, drained
    1 large purple onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes (mild or hot)
    1 large Italian dressing
Preparation
    Marinate overnight.
    May add cayenne pepper.
    Serve with Fritos Scoops.
