Jelled Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
Stir in pie filling. Turn into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in remaining 1 cup boiling water; cool. Beat cheese with mayonnaise until blended and smooth. Gradually add lemon gelatin.
Stir in pineapple and marshmallows.
Chill until partly set. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over cherry layer. Top with pecans.
Chill until set.
