Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese (8 oz.)
    3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    4 to 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan combine salsa and cheese.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, over medium heat until cheese melts.
    Set aside 1 1/4 cups sauce.
    Stir chicken into remaining sauce.
    Spoon some of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
    Place filled tortillas, seam side down, in a greased baking dish.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.
