Irish Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 boxes 10x sugar
10 oz. coconut
2 tsp. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 dash of salt
8 oz. whipped cream cheese
1/2 can cinnamon
Preparation

Combine sugar, cream cheese, salt, vanilla, evaporated milk and coconut.
Form into big ball and chill for 15 minutes.
Roll into small balls using your hands and then roll to coat in cinnamon.
Makes about 100 candies.
