Sugar Creek Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth. Remove from heat.
    Add eggs; mix thoroughly.
    Stir in vinegar, vanilla and salt.
    Beat to blend and pour into unbaked pastry shell.
    Bake 50 minutes or until it tests done.
