Vegetable Almondine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced celery
6 ears cut corn
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. toasted sliced almonds
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. plain yogurt
Preparation
-
Saute celery in oil until soft; add corn, mushrooms and almonds.
Saute for 3 minutes and add rest of ingredients.
Serve hot.
