Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef brisket
    1 bottle ketchup
    1/2 bottle dry vermouth
    1 bag baby carrots
    2 cans whole potatoes
Preparation
    In large roaster, put beef brisket, potatoes and carrots. Cover brisket with ketchup and pour vermouth over top of ketchup. Bake at 350\u00b0 until soft, about 20 minutes per pound.
