French Apple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    2 c. apples, pared, cored and finely chopped
    1 3/4 c. hot water
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    4 c. cubed French bread
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat eggs; add condensed milk, apples, water, cinnamon, margarine and vanilla.
    Stir in bread and raisins, completely moistening.
    Turn into a buttered 9-inch baking pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until firm.
    Cool slightly.
    Serve warm with whipped cream.
