Feather Light Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, well beaten
2/3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
-
Sift all 4 dry ingredients together.
Add egg, melted butter and milk.
Drop by teaspoons into boiling broth and cook 18 minutes without lifting lid.
