Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs, beaten
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. sausage, browned and drained
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (9-inch) unbaked deep dish pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Toss cheese with flour.
    Mix cheese with flour and meat and spread in pie shell.
    Pour eggs, milk and seasoning mixture over meat.
    Bake 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
