Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, cut up
    1 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. green grapes
    1 c. pineapple tidbits
    1/2 c. salted almonds
    1/8 c. each cut up onion and green pepper
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts or whole chicken in kettle with water and bay leaf until done.
    Cool and cut up chicken.
    Mix all ingredients together and serve on lettuce leaf or a cut circle of cantaloupe with lettuce and garnish with strawberry or orange slice on top.
    Serves 4.
