Coconut Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. milk
1/4 c. coconut
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well and use as a spread on toast, biscuits, cake, muffins, etc.
Can be spread on toast, then put under broiler and lightly browned.
Very good on yesterdays biscuits when they are sliced, spread and toasted in the oven.
