Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn, cut from cob
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
