Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. plus 6 Tbsp. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In medium bowl, combine flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.
    In mixer bowl, beat butter, margarine, 1 1/2 cups sugar and eggs until light and fluffy. Beat in flour mixture.
    In small bowl, combine remaining 6 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon.
    Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in cinnamon-sugar.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 10 to 12 minutes per batch.
    Cool on cookie sheets.
    Makes about 6 dozen, 65 calories each.
