Stir-Fried Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. broccoli
    1/2 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. fresh parsley
    1/4 c. celery
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of ginger
Preparation
    Heat skillet.
    Add oil until hot.
    Add vegetables and all dry seasonings.
    Stir and toss until vegetables are tender.
    Add soy sauce.
    Cook couple more minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
