Fiesta Dip(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded cucumbers
    1 c. nonfat sour cream
    1/2 c. minced sweet red peppers
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme
Preparation
    Squeeze all excess moisture from the cucumbers.
    Place the cucumbers in a small bowl.
    Stir in the sour cream, peppers, garlic and thyme.
    Transfer to a serving bowl and chill until needed.
    Serve with pita wedges, low-fat crackers or crisp raw vegetables.
