Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    8 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. flour
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and vanilla.
    Gradually add flour (the dough will be stiff).
    Add pecans.
    Mix with hands if necessary. Roll into finger-length cookies and place on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cool and roll in powdered sugar.
