Quick Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation

Combine in 1-quart saucepan.
Place over low heat and cook until cheese melts.
Good for sauce for broccoli.
Add 4 strips of cooked and crumbled bacon to a cup of cheese sauce for scalloped potatoes.
