Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of onion soup, undiluted
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    few grated carrots
    small amount chopped celery
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed basil
Preparation
    Cook broccoli, carrots and celery.
    Add cream of onion soup and stir together well.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Heat and serve.
