Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    3 c. chopped apples
    2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. black walnuts
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Mix
    together eggs, sugar and oil with electric beater. Add flour, soda and salt;
    sift together.
    Mix nuts and fruit in a bowl.
    Add these to the batter and pour in greased mold, well floured.
    Bake
    1
    1/2 hours to 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    If oven is too hot, turn back to 300\u00b0 the last 30 minutes.
