Cherry Chocolate Cake(Makes One 9-Inch Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners sugar
    14 maraschino cherries
    1 1/2 c. Planters pecan chips
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can Del Monte crushed pineapple, drained
    2 (9-inch) prepared chocolate cake layers
    1/2 c. Planters pecan halves for garnish (optional)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
    Slowly add confectioners sugar, beating until smooth and creamy.
